Terms of Service

By accessing or using CaptJerk ("Service", "we", "us") you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CaptJerk provides a curated, members-only catalog of publicly available creator profiles and associated media links. All content referenced by the Service is hosted on third-party platforms (including but not limited to MEGA). CaptJerk acts solely as an index/directory and does not host, upload, or produce any content itself.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. The Service contains links to adult content. By using the Service you warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to access such content, and that accessing adult content is legal where you are located.

Access to the Service is granted via a unique access key issued upon payment or trial activation. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. Sharing, selling, or transferring your key to another person is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

• Plans. We offer 3-month ($29), 6-month ($39), and lifetime ($49) access plans.
• Payment. Payments are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency via Cryptomus. All sales are final.
• No refunds. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the Service, all purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Lifetime access. "Lifetime" means for the operational lifetime of the Service. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age.
• Share, redistribute, or publicly post any content accessed through the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download the catalog.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
• Circumvent any access controls or technical protection measures.
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.

The CaptJerk brand, logo, and site design are our intellectual property. The creator content referenced via the Service belongs to the respective creators and is subject to their platforms' terms. We claim no ownership over third-party content.

The Service links to third-party platforms (MEGA, OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those platforms. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific content will remain available. Third-party links may break at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptJerk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
