• Access key. A unique alphanumeric token generated for you and stored in an httpOnly cookie. It is not linked to any personal identifier by default.
• Payment data. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by Cryptomus. We receive a payment UUID and status confirmation. We do not receive or store wallet addresses, card numbers, or any banking details.
• Usage data. We log pages visited, referrer URL, and approximate geolocation (country-level, derived from IP). Raw IP addresses are not stored beyond the current session.
• Cookies. We set a single httpOnly session cookie (captjerk_session) that holds your encrypted access key. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

• To authenticate you and deliver the Service.
• To confirm payment and activate your subscription.
• To detect abuse, fraud, or ToS violations.
• To produce aggregate, anonymised analytics (no individual profiling).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share data only with:

• Cryptomus — payment processor. Subject to their own privacy policy.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) — under data-processing agreements, limited to what is necessary to run the Service.
• Law enforcement — only when required by applicable law and only to the extent required.

Session data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. You may request deletion of non-financial data at any time via the contact address below.

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Session cookies are httpOnly and Secure. We perform regular security reviews. No system can guarantee absolute security; use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the Service, contact us immediately.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict/object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
