DMCA & Content Removal Policy

CaptJerk is a directory service that indexes publicly available creator profiles and links to content hosted on third-party platforms. We do not host, upload, store, or reproduce any copyrighted content on our servers.

We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.

If you believe that content indexed or linked to by the Service infringes your copyright, or if you are a creator who does not wish to be listed in our catalog, please send a written notice to:

Your notice must include all of the following:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email, mailing address).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
• The specific URL(s) on captjerk.com that you believe infringe your copyright.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Notices that do not comply with these requirements may be ignored.

• Upon receipt of a valid notice we will review it within 2 business days.
• If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the identified listing promptly.
• We may forward the notice to the alleged infringer and notify them of the removal.
• Repeat infringers will have their access terminated.

If you believe content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@captjerk.com containing:

• Your name, address, and electronic or physical signature.
• Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal or local court.

If you are a content creator and do not wish to be listed in our catalog, send an email to dmca@captjerk.com from an address associated with your creator account, or include a verifiable link confirming your identity. We will remove your profile within 48 hours of verification.

Submitting false DMCA notices is a violation of 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may expose you to civil liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any person who materially misrepresents that content is infringing.
